Ruined stone tower in the Dornish mountains, raised by Rhaegar Targaryen and later torn down.

Standing in the Red Mountains of western Dorne near the Prince's Pass, this small round tower was built by Prince Rhaegar Targaryen, who gave it its name. It lies well away from any castle or road.

During Robert's Rebellion, three knights of the Kingsguard held the tower until Eddard Stark and his companions came. The stones were later pulled down and used to raise cairns on the hillside.
