Perched on the cliffs of a headland east of White Harbor, this castle looks out over the cold waters of the Bite. Its position gives early warning of ships approaching the northern coast.
House Flint of Widow's Watch holds it, one of several Flint branches scattered across the North and sworn to Winterfell. The name is said to come from a lady who watched the sea for a husband who never returned, and the wind off the water rarely stops.
